HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS AND RATES
It is important that you book your guest room in the ISHRS group block, as otherwise the ISHRS does not get the credit towards the room block contracted obligation, and your room is not protected under our group room block.
The following discounted group rates have been secured for the 2024 ISHRS World Congress at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel. The group rates are available for the dates of Thursday, October 10 through Saturday, October 19, 2024, based on room availability.

ISHRS *Run-of-House (ROH) Group Rate:
$239 USD plus tax for single/double occupancy
$259 USD plus tax for triple occupancy
$279 USD plus tax for quad occupancy
*As the standard room rate is run-of-house (ROH) for varying standard room types, the bedding type preference is upon request only. When making a reservation, you may request your bedding type (king or two queen beds) in the comments field and the hotel will do its best to accommodate you.
Upgraded room categories (limited availability):
Executive King Suite: $389 USD single/double occupancy
Executive Two Queen Suite: $389 USD single/double occupancy
Sheraton Club Lounge Access: Lounge access is offered on a limited basis for an additional $50 USD per room, per day (covers all guests in the room). After you select your room category, the Sheraton Club Lounge option will be offered, if available.
The Sheraton Club Lounge is located on the Lobby Level of the hotel. Club Lounge access includes a full breakfast buffet served daily 6:00AM-10:00AM Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-11:00AM Saturday and Sunday, complimentary soft drinks, coffee and tea, and snacks throughout the day, hors d’oeuvres served daily 5:00PM-7:00PM, and cash bar available 5:00PM-7:00PM.

Note that breakfast is not included in the room rate and will not be served at the meeting. Please be sure to eat breakfast on your own each day, prior to the start of the meeting.
All room rates are subject to 15.75% tax, which is subject to change. The hotel does not charge a resort fee or any other mandatory fees. Children 18 years of age or younger may stay in the parent’s or guardian’s room at no charge in the existing bedding.
Please make your reservation early as this is a limited room block. The group rates are available through October 4, 2024, or while room availability lasts.

HOTEL RESERVATION DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to confirm your reservation, the hotel requires you to secure the reservation with a credit card (no charge will be posted to your card until you check into the hotel). If a credit card is not available, you may secure your room with a one-night deposit. You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date, by 4:00PM MDT on the day of cancellation, without charge. If you cancel after that time, you will be charged for one night (room rate plus tax).
Check-in time is 4:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM.
